This vintage 1980s tunic top is dreamy with slouchy sleeves, a v-neckline, polka dots, a tiered hemline and a pretty filigree around the neckline. This comes from my personal collection! I think it may have originally been a nightgown meant for sleepy times but I loved pairing it with a long tank top underneath, jeans and my favorite long necklace in the daytime
